Nimeesha went to St Joseph’s Institution International School Malaysia and completed her International Baccalaureate (IB) with the excellent result.
Nimeesha is currently a Sophomore Year student at University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) majoring in Maths and Computer Science.

Teck did his Senior Middle 2 and a Diploma in Graphic Design in Johor. But he decided to study in the USA and he chosen Chemeketa Community College because of its friendly environment and support from the International Office at Chemeketa Community College. Before Teck goes to USA he barely can speak English but now he speaks like an American.

My name is Callista and as of last August, I have begun a new life voyage in the United States. Being so far away from home is difficult. However, since I have begun school here, I am proud to say that I believe I have made the correct choice.
Before embarking to the United States, the application process for college was tedious. A lot of paperwork had to be gone through and many procedures had to be taken for a successful process. Mr. Edmund and Mr. Martin from Inquota Education helped me out a lot along this journey. They efficiently communicated with TMCC’s faculty and aided me in my IELTS, school and F1-Visa application. Inquota Education has great experience dealing with students who are seeking to study abroad, and I am so glad I received such a big help during the complicated application process.
Starting school in a foreign environment is pretty daunting. However, I’m glad TMCC has such a welcoming community. This past semester, I have come across a lot of colorful personalities, and even got to make good friends from all around the world. It is a great new perspective of the world for me. I have even participated in many TMCC activities throughout the semester. It is a great way to engage oneself in the American community, and I am glad TMCC has many activities for their students. I am also apart of the International Club in school where students and faculty come together to learn about cultures of the world.
Reno is a small town located in Nevada, surrounded by nature and fresh air. I have been enjoying the beauty of Reno’s sunsets for the past fall and winter season. With such a warm community and breathtaking views surrounding the city, I am glad I picked Reno as my education destination.
