IMPERIA Institute of Technology provides an excellent theoretical and practical training platform for those who want to have a great future in the Real Estate Profession.
Imperia is currently leveraging on some Real Estate Agencies’ professionals to produce real estate professionals as a long term career goal. Imperia’s students will be able to have practical on-the-field experiential training provided by the Real Estate Agencies.
Since 1995, Imperia has produced many professionals and provided a bigger platform for the students to put their study into real life working experience.
Under the Real Estate Agencies that Imperia is collaborating with, they have enterprising professionals with various entrepreneur skills such as the Chain Store Management, Crisis and Risk Analysis, NLP Training, Marketing of Property Projects, Overseas Properties, Recruitment and Education, Migration Programme, Finance and Investment Management, Construction, Land Surveying and Legal and IPO Consultancy.
With Estate Management theoretical and practical training, students will receive practical knowledge and skills in the real estate profession.
These programmes will be launch pads for these professions and offer students a variety of challenging careers. It will also facilitate entry into related and other Postgraduate Programmes that can further enhance knowledge and create new opportunities for professional enrichment.
Imperia’s Diploma in Estate Management is the one and only private diploma which is fully accredited by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia (BoVAEA) since 2009. Graduates of this Diploma are eligible to registration as probationary Estate Agent.
Imperia’s BSc (Hons) Real Estate Management and Development 3 + 0 is a course that prepares the students academically for professional practice in the real estate industry. Graduates of this degree are eligible to registration not only as probationary Estate Agent but Probationary Valuers, too.
The programme provides in-depth knowledge and skills to value, plan, develop, manage, acquire and dispose real estate for property owners and investors.
Imperia also offers other professional programmes such as BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying and Cost Management 3 + 0, Foundation in Built Environment and more.
Imperia’s August intake is now open for registration, the commencement date of the August intake is on the 25 August 2014. Closing date for registration is by the 16th of August 2014.
