Potential students who apply, enrol and make payment between 1 and 31 December 2014 to be eligible for AirAsia travel e-vouchers worth RM300.
Miri – 24 November 2014 – The first 100 Malaysian students applying and enrolling in the March 2015 or first semester intake at Curtin University, Sarawak Malaysia (Curtin Sarawak) are eligible to receive complimentary AirAsia travel e-vouchers worth RM300.
This could mean a significant saving in travel for the students, particularly if they are coming from other cities and towns in Malaysia to the Curtin Sarawak campus in Miri.
The offer is made on the condition that they are Malaysian citizens and enrol for their foundation or undergraduate courses, as well as pay their fees in full, within the promotion period from 1to 31 December 2014. Those who make payment before or after the period will not be eligible.
The e-vouchers will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis for a maximum of 100 students. The students are entitled to only one e-voucher each, which can be used for payment of fares and associated charges such as baggage and on-board meals. It does not include payment for any associated airport taxes.
The use of the e-vouchers is governed by AirAsia’s electronic gift voucher end user terms and conditions stated on the e-vouchers, the details of which will be sent by email to the eligible students by 31January 2015.
Eligible students can opt to receive a Curtin Sarawak Bookshop voucher worth RM300 for the purchase of textbooks and stationery instead of the e-voucher.
In the event that a student withdraws during the first semester, RM300 will be deducted from his or her applicable refund amount as calculated according to Curtin Sarawak’s refund policy.
Curtin Sarawak’s March 2015 intake is in progress and students who are interested to enrol in its foundation or undergraduate programmes are encouraged to apply now. Classes for foundation and undergraduate courses will commence on 30 March and 2 March 2015 respectively.
Curtin Sarawak offers foundation courses in Commerce & Arts and Engineering & Science leading to Bachelor degrees in Commerce (single and double majors), Business Administration, Arts (Mass Communication), Engineering, Science and Technology.
