(Friday 19 August 2016) Silver Arts is an initiative by the National Arts Council that works with artists, arts organisations and community groups that organises a series of art projects for senior citizens to enjoy music, dance, visual arts and other art forms. With family and friends, the silver community is encouraged to explore creativity and learn new skills. This annual event is in its fifth year and will be including in its line up screenings of films relevant to the programme.
This is held across several locations, including the National Library, regional libraries and the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, among other places, over four weeks.
