Be a part of the Learning Revolution at the Taylor’s College Learning Carnival 2012 on 17-18 March 2012. Discover how the latest technologies like tablets will revolutionise the way you learn in class.

There are many activities and things to look for at the Carnival, including the campus tour and the Apple Showcase, entitled ‘Learning with Technology’ (at 12 noon and 3pm daily). With full Wi-Fi access on campus, students may access information and conduct collaborative learning at any time.

Further to that, find out how Taylor’s students learn outside the classroom as well through skill development and character building opportunities made available with various co-curricular activities, clubs and sports. There will be performances and activities by several societies that include Taylor’s Dance Club, martial arts demonstration, live bands and music performances among others.

Other highlights include a showcase of teaching and learning, as well as a display of students’ work by the Taylor’s Pre-University programmes: Cambridge A Levels (CAL), Canadian Pre-University (CPU), International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) and South Australian Matriculation (SAM), plus vibrant performances by Taylor’s clubs and societies.

Students who register during these 2 days will receive RM25 Mac accessories vouchers redeemable at e-Xperience stores and an additional 5% discount for purchases of iMac, Mac and MacBook made at the Mac e-Xperience booth (T&C apply). They also stand a chance to win an iPad2 and iPod Touch sponsored by Mac e-Xperience.

Visitors to the Learning Carnival are entitled to a special RM75 accessories vouchers for iPad purchases (T&C apply).

Various scholarships are also available for students such as the Merit Scholarships for Top Achievers’ Award, IBDP Excellence Award, and Alumni Discounts.
